Byzantine cross made in repoussé technique, adorned with pairs of spherical adornments projecting from the corners .
The cross is showing 4 petals in relief in centre, forming a Maltese cross on the background.
Left and right IC XC in relief which stands for "Jesus Christ" in Greek: "Ιησούς Χριστός" (Iesous Christos).
Above The Pax Christy symbol in relief and below The Greek abbreviation "MIXACA" stands for "Μητροπολίτης Χριστός Αμήν" (Metropolitan Christos Amen).
"Μητροπολίτης" (Mitropolitēs) refers to a "Metropolitan," which is a senior bishop in certain branches of the Christian Church

The lower arm of the cross is surmounted on a tang handle for hafting to a pole when carrying in a procession or to display on an altar as a sacred devotional piece.

The cross will be delivered with the marble base as shown on the pictures.
